RICHARD III - 2017
Corchaug Rep (under the name East End Mobile Theatre) presented Shakespeare's classic story of pure Machiavellian evil as an insular political drama.
The House of York has won the War of the Roses, but Richard of Gloucester, the youngest brother of the new king, dreams of one day ruling himself. His mind warped by his own physical deformities, Richard plots to seize power, destroying everyone who stands between him and the throne. Presented in 2017 across the North Fork of Long Island Directed by Colin Palmer, stage managed by Kayla Lessard, and featuring original music by James Yaiullo. |
